Minimum wage 2027: €972 a month
From 1 January 2027 the minimum wage rises to €972 a month and €5.586 an hour.

Notice of the Ministry of Labour (MPSVR SR) No. 232/2026 Coll. sets the minimum wage for 2027 at €972 a month and €5.586 for each hour worked.

DWhat to do
- Adjust pay that would fall below the new minimum wage or minimum wage entitlements from January.
- Recalculate supplements linked to the minimum wage (e.g. for night work, work on Saturdays and Sundays).
